How I Work
Psychological (mind)
The first step of the healing journey is to become aware of your thoughts and recognise patterns of negative thinking. This awareness helps you identify the triggers that lead to spirals of anxiety or self-criticism. From there, you can begin to notice thoughts that contribute to feelings of self-doubt, shame, sadness, anxiety and a lack of inner trust. Learn more here.
Inner Child (emotions)
The next step is to develop a connection with your emotional self, often referred to as your Inner Child. Approaches like Internal Family Systems and Relational Psychotherapy offer powerful ways to connect with empathy and compassion to the wounded parts of you that have been shaped by past experiences.
Your Inner Child carries emotions stored in your subconscious, along with the limiting beliefs tied to them. This is the part of you that feels anxious, depressed or emotionally triggered by present experiences. Learn more here.
Somatic (body)
Somatic healing focuses on understanding and exploring how your nervous system and body hold repressed emotions and trauma. This healing work allows you to access deeper levels of self-awareness, release stored emotions and enhance your inner connection and ability to self-regulate.
