I am a BACP registered Psychotherapist working with anxiety, depression, low self esteem and relationship issues. I work in person in my room in Liverpool and online using Skype. I will help you to recognise and understand your unhelpful patterns and the anxiety and depression which results from difficult life events or past experiences.
How I work
Psychotherapy sessions take place on a short, medium and long term basis either face to face or online to help you make lasting positive changes to your life. If you have been experiencing anxiety or depression for a long time, it can take time to work through the patterns of negative thoughts, feelings and behaviors. The process therefore requires focus and a commitment to getting better.
As a Psychotherapist I use an integrated style including Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy, Counselling approaches and body-centred Psychotherapy. This is because everyone is unique and different types of therapy work for different people, I tailor the style used to suit you and the therapeutic relationship forms the basis of our work. We will also use mindfulness techniques to enhance your self awareness and help you make positive changes.

The first session is an opportunity to meet and talk through the difficulties you are experiencing. I will ask some questions about whats happening and explain a bit about how I work. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask me any questions and decide if we are able to work together.
