I'm Jennifer, a Somatic Psychotherapist offering therapy sessions online and in Manchester and Liverpool, UK. I specialise in anxiety, trauma, nervous system healing and inner child work, supporting people who are ready to let go of stuck patterns and make real, lasting changes to how they feel.

I offer advice and guidance on trauma healing and inner child work on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. I also go live regularly on TikTok where we discuss topics like healing your inner critic, connecting to your inner child, regulating the nervous system and how to create inner safety.
